Rehabilitation Support
We meet the needs of people at different stages of the rehabilitation process so that they can regain lost skills and independence.
Working within the home setting and within the community, we maximize skill acquisition through a deliberate process of following the recommendations of the Rehabilitation Team. We make the process pragmatic so that it feels natural as the individual learns and reacquires skills.
There are three major components to the rehabilitation work we do and the specific areas of focus are determined by the client, their family and the Rehabilitation Team.
