My Music & Me

The Elements Music program -My Music and Me is an exclusive partnership with Soundhouse Studios.

We provide a safe, supportive, and professional recording experience for individuals who require additional therapeutic support to achieve their goals. This is the ideal program for individuals who have an interest in music, recording, and in gaining experience within the music field.

  • Clients will develop the skill of learning how to take constructive criticism and instruction

  • Develop skills with regard to working interpersonally with others

  • Learn how to focus on a goal, analyze it for changes, and execute these changes

  • Learn self-confidence as they move through the recording process, becoming more comfortable and familiar

  • Develop more of an understanding with regard to words, actions, sounds, etc. that are socially acceptable in society by way of music and music media

  • Hone their craft and further develop the processing and function-ability of their brains, as studies have shown the profound positive effect music and its therapeutic properties have on the brain and its functions

Our clients report feeling more self-confidence, increased self-esteem, decreased depression, and improved management of anxiety. Many of our clients have also reported being better able to take constructive criticism, being much happier with themselves, and acquiring increased coping skills as a result.

What our clients are saying

After my accident, I was told by doctors that I wouldn’t be able to talk right. They also thought that I wouldn’t be able to even walk …. Through the music program, I learned to sing and of course talk.  I even invited my Speech Pathologist to the studio to hear me and help out. Thanks a million guys for everything.”

— Stevie K 18 years old

I had severe apathy after my accident, but always felt I had a knack for singing. My Rehabilitation Therapist mentioned I should record my compositions in a real studio, which I didn’t want to do at first due to fear, but then changed my mind. It was the best decision I ever made for myself

Meet Claude

Music Program Producer/Director & Rehabilitation Support Therapist

Claude was born into a family of both musicians and clinicians

From the age of 6, Claude was no stranger to the sounds of music as he witnessed his father playing the piano, conducting choirs, and writing music. He easily took up a love for piano and began composing original songs at a very young age, later completing 3 published original composition music albums in the United States. Later in life, Claude would go on to become a rehabilitation support therapist and realize the outcomes of his two interests were not so dissimilar. They both had the power to bring comfort, solutions, and healing to others.

With the creation of the “MY MUSIC & ME” program through Elements Support Services, the notion of music as a healing tool was born.

Make it stand out.
